Acting

The allure of the theater has always attracted me.  Since middle school, I have participated in numerous productions as well as given numerous monologues.  These monologues even got me into The Event, a showcase in Orlando, Florida, where I performed in front of top talent recruiting companies in the area.  Despite getting recruited as a model for Model Club Inc, the greatest benefits I have received from acting include learning how to present myself in different ways, getting far above stage fright, and making a family and community  in theater that will always be close to my heart.

Tennis

Now this is the fun stuff.  Sports and arts are something I have always sincerely enjoyed.  I've been playing tennis since the 7th grade and I have been dancing long before that.  Dance is one of the skills I'm most proud of because I believe it truly shows my fun nature.  That look of surprise that most people give when they see me dance for the first time is something I still cherish.  

Dancing is something I've been passionate about since before I was a middle schooler.  I also consider it one of my most unique characteristics.  Using my dance experience I have taught high schoolers Bollywood dance for the IAMV holiday festival, as well as to raise money for women's education.  I have also participated in numerous talent shows with this ability.

Tennis is a passion I have pursued for a long time.  Playing for 5 years now, I have won local tournaments, as well as played number 3 singles for my varsity team since freshman year.  My dedication and passion for tennis even took our team to the state finals of our high school league.  

One of my biggest adventures I have had was ziplining in Costa Rica at at height of over 600 feet as a sophomore in high school.

Ziplining at that height and for over 1500 feet, with the Arenal Volcano visible in the distance, was an adrenaline-pumping experience I wont forget in a long time.
